Birth of Nikhat Zareen –
Nikhat was born on 14 June 1996 in Nizamabad, Telangana. she is 25 years old. She belongs to a Muslim family.
She is the third daughter in her family among four daughters. Her father Jameel Ahmed is a salesperson while her mother Parveen Sultana is a homemaker.
He has three sisters, out of which two sisters are named Anjum Minaj and Afnan Zareen and both elder sisters are doctors. Nikhat’s younger sister is a badminton player.

Nikhat Zareen’s uncle’s name is Samsamuddin. They have two sons named Eteshamuddin and Itishamuddin, who are national level boxers.
Nikhat Zareen’s Early Life
According to Nikhat’s father, when Nikhat was thirteen years old, she told her family members that she wanted to join boxing as a sport and play for India.
He developed his interest in boxing after seeing his uncle Shamshamuddin, who was a boxing coach. Nikhat started his training in his early days watching his uncle train his sons.
Nikhat Zareen’s father worked as a sales assistant in Saudi Arabia for 15 years before he decided to shift to Nizamabad, India, to help his daughters with sports and studies.

She completed her schooling at Nirmala Hriday Girls High School, Nizamabad. He did his graduation from AV College, Hyderabad with B.A.
His father Mohammad Jameel Ahmed introduced him to boxing. He has also coached him in the early stages of boxing for almost a year.
He was passionate about boxing and seeing this, his father sent the Sports Authority of India (SAI), Visakhapatnam in the year 2009 to be coached by I. V. Rao, who was also a Dronacharya awardee.
In the year 2010, he was awarded the ‘Golden Best Boxer’ by the Erode Nationals.

Nikhat Zareen career
- Nikhat Zareen was enrolled in the Sports Authority of India (Visakhapatnam) in 2009 by her father. There, he was trained in boxing under Dronacharya awardee IV Rao.
- The following year in the year 2010, Nikhat Zareen was declared as the ‘Golden Best Boxer’ at the Erode Nationals.
- In 2011, she participated in the AIBA Women’s Junior and Youth World Boxing Championship held in Turkey and won the gold medal by defeating her rival Ulku Demir of Turkey.
- In 2014 he participated in Youth World Boxing Championship held in Bulgaria and won silver medal.
